These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pureglossdetailingsc.com and the mobile detailing services provided by Pure Gloss Detailing LLC ("Pure Gloss Detailing," "we," "us" or "our"), based in Spartanburg, South Carolina. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking an appointment or messaging us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

We provide mobile vehicle detailing, including interior and exterior detailing, paint decontamination, paint correction, ceramic sealant and ceramic coating, and fleet detailing, at customer locations across Spartanburg, Greenville and the surrounding Upstate South Carolina area.

Quotes & Pricing

• Prices shown on our website and in the online estimator are estimates. Final pricing may change based on vehicle size and actual condition, such as excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, mold or biohazards.
• If the price needs to change, we will tell you before starting the additional work.
• A travel fee may apply for addresses farther from Spartanburg. Any travel fee is confirmed before your appointment is booked.

Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by message. An appointment is confirmed once we confirm it with you.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of any deposit.
• We may reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues or other circumstances beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a new time.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, address and vehicle information.
• Make sure we have permission to work at the service location, including any HOA, apartment or workplace rules.
• Have the vehicle available and accessible at the scheduled time, with keys provided if needed.
• Remove personal belongings and valuables before the appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Tell us beforehand about existing damage, aftermarket parts, sensitive surfaces or anything else we should know.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for some services, such as ceramic coating or paint correction. Payments may be processed through our booking and payment providers.

Satisfaction & Service Concerns

We take pride in our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will review the concern and, where appropriate, return to address it. Inspecting the vehicle at completion helps us resolve any issue quickly.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitations

• Detailing cannot reverse all damage. Results vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Deep scratches, rock chips, failing clear coat, permanent stains, odors and wear may not be fully removable.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or worn trim, failing paint or clear coat, aftermarket or previously repaired parts, or electronics that are affected by normal cleaning.
• Ceramic coating and sealant results and durability depend on proper aftercare and maintenance as advised by us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Gloss Detailing LLC's total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Any claim of damage caused by our work must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion so it can be reviewed.

Text Messaging & Communications

By giving us your phone number or messaging us, including through Google Business Profile messaging or other AI-assisted messaging tools, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Pure Gloss Detailing about your inquiries, quotes and appointments. Some replies may be generated or assisted by automated tools, and a team member can step in at any time. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Website Use

Content on this website, including text, photos, logos and graphics, belongs to Pure Gloss Detailing LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. The website is provided "as is." We try to keep information accurate, but prices, services and availability may change without notice. Links to third-party sites such as our booking provider or social media are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Photos

We may take before and after photos of vehicles we service for quality records and marketing. We will not show license plates or personal information. Let us know if you prefer that photos of your vehicle not be shared.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
